Meet the Noushi Pastry Family!

Noushi Pastry is a story of curiosity, play, growth and connection.

Ranya Bautista, creator and chef, is always curious to explore new ways of being, and playing is the way she does it. Pastry is one of the ways she aims to share stories, connect and transform. Noushi Pastry was created to experience the beauty and meaning of Palestinian, Lebanese and Mexican flavors — reflective of Ranya and her family. Food has always been a way Ranya explored identity and community with her Teta (grandmother), sitting by her side, hearing powerful stories of resilience, hope and joy.

Through this business, Ranya — with her partner, Ben, and mother, Haifa — hope to continue those stories with you. Welcome to the Noushi Pastry community!
