Meet the Noushi Pastry Family!

Noushi Pastry is a story born of culture, memory and imagination, rooted in Chef Ranya Bautista’s earliest days baking alongside her Teta Soumaya. Inspired by childhood nickname, Noushi Pastry honors Palestinian and Mexican heritage living in diaspora through playful and heartful treats. After pivoting within education to study pastry in France, Ranya brings tradition and storytelling into every twist, fold and flavor – celebrating the humanity, resilience and joy passed on through generations.

This is a story of curiosity, play, growth and connection. Through this business, Ranya — with her partner, Ben, and her mother, Haifa — hope to continue those stories with you. Welcome to the Noushi Pastry community!
