Noushi Pastry is a story born of culture, memory and imagination, rooted in Ranya Bautista’s earliest days baking alongside her grandmother, Teta Soumaya. Inspired by childhood nickname, Noushi Pastry honors Palestinian-Lebanese and Mexican heritage living in diaspora through playful treats. Ranya brings tradition, pizzazz and storytelling into every twist, fold and flavor – celebrating the humanity, resilience and joy passed on through generations.

All pastries are fresh made with high quality ingredients, including select specialty ingredients sourced from Palestine, Mexico and local farms.
